Delivery + Returns
Petit Mioche wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the policies we’ve put in place to provide you with shipping, returns, and exchange services.
SHIPPING OF ITEMS
Each Item is made-to-order. Although we aim for shipping after 1 to 3 business days of your purchase, it sometimes will take longer due to high order volume. In this case we will notify you via email. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping within the US:
domestic standard with USPS: free!
Fedex Overnight: $45
International shipping with USPS: $25 (Please see details for SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US)
Free international shipping for orders over $250 (USE DISCOUNT CODE: FREEINTERNATIONAL)
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. The recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. We are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value".
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
Any items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged are welcomed to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery of the garments or products for store credit or exchanges only.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping charges for returned items.
All items offered “on-sale” or at a discounted price are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept items for return or exchange that were not purchased directly from us (such as items purchased at 3rd party retailers).

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Be sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase, and send the returns to:

What if my items are damaged or incorrect upon arrival or lost?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. We’ll make it right with a store credit or replacement!
If your items are lost in shipment (to or from Petit Mioche), you must contact the courier service directly, and Petit Mioche will not be liable.
What if I wear or use the product and am unsatisfied with the quality?
Petit Mioche strives to create long-lasting products that you can rely on. If you feel that the product isn’t living up to your expectations, please email us with an explanation of what’s going wrong, how long you’ve had the product, and photos if possible. We’ll discuss store credit or replacement options for you! We want you to be happy!
How do I return a gift?
If you were the recipient of a Petit Mioche gift and you would like to exchange that gift for a different product, please email email@example.com to receive store credit for a future purchase or to set up an exchange of products at equal value. Gift must be unworn, and in its original condition.
