Petit Mioche uses a third party payment processing services, Stripe, Inc. (Stripe) and Paypal Holdings, Inc. (Paypal). When using Stripe or Paypal to make purchases through the Petit Mioche, Stripe and Paypal may be storing personal identification information, including your payment card information, your email address, your mobile phone number, and billing and shipping address. Stripeand Paypal will not be sharing payment card information with Petit Mioche. Petit Mioche will remove you from the database, where you have the right to request this under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or applicable law, or where Petit Mioche voluntarily decides to grant the request.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

The Petit Mioche Website is directed to users over the age of 13. Petit Mioche does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that persons under the age of 13 are accessing the Website.  If Petit Mioche discovers any inadvertently collected Personal Information of a person under the age of 13, that information will be swiftly deleted from its’ records.
